Delivery

The company will contact you within 24 hours after confirming the order.
HK$1000 or more per purchase: We will deliver or mail to the designated place (excluding special areas) for you free of charge. Installation is not included. $150 installation fee is needed for installation required.  

 

Special Areas:
Sha Tau Kwok restricted area, Lok  Ma Chau restricted area, Lo Wu restricted area, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Island, Grass Island , Kat O, Tung Ping Chau, Macao, and outside of Hong Kong

 

1.Door to Door:

The free shipping service is limited to ground delivery, floors with direct lifts, and places where light trucks can be reached.
If the delivery floor is not directly accessible by lift, or where the light truck cannot enter, the company will charge an additional fee.

 

Additional fee for without elevator in service:
$100 per floor if delivery by stairs is needed.

All surcharges will be notified upon confirmation of the order and will be collected by the driver upon delivery.

 

Delivery time:
If customer needs to receive the goods outside office hours, please contact us for special arrangements.
The delivery driver will call the customer to confirm the delivery within the delivery time. Please pay attention to the call. If the driver fails to contact, the delivery may not be made.
If delivery person meets heavily rain or transportation blockage, delivery service may possible be delayed.
If typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Storm warning is issued, delivery service will be rescheduled. Our order operator will contact  you for delivery service rearrangement.

 

2.SF Courier:

Free SF service is only applicable to the total weight of each transaction less than 3kg*
If you need to send it to EF Locker, you can fill in the EF Locker number and location and your mobile number in the Remarks column on the payment page.

* If the single transaction weighs more than 3kg and the customer needs to use SF Express, the company will not provide SF service for free.
Customer need to pay for the SF courier fee when picking up the goods.

Receipt / Return of Goods:
When you receive the goods , please ensure the product and quantity are correct . 
If there is any damage or problems of goods, customers must retain the transaction receipt and complete packing bags and in sellable condition.
Please inform us within a days( via WhatsApp or phone ) . Replacement will be decided under different circumstances.
We do not permit the refund or replacement of damaged products due to mishandling.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request for all unreasonable demands, and the right to the explanation and decision of refund and replacement policy here at any time.
